5 seriously injured in accident involving a bus passing through Delhi-Mumbai Expressway

A bus carrying 40-50 passengers collided with a truck on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. The bus was going from Ujjain to Delhi on Thursday when the collision took place in Dausa area of ​​Rajasthan. About 20 people are being treated at a local hospital, while four-five people have been referred to Jaipur due to serious injuries.

Nangal Rajawatan, Dausa DSP Charul Gupta said, “The bus was going from Ujjain to Delhi with 40-50 passengers. Due to fog on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, it collided with a truck. 4-5 passengers were seriously injured, who have been referred to Jaipur. About 20 passengers were injured, who are being treated.” Expressing grief over the accident, former Rajasthan Cabinet Minister Mamta Bhupesh said, “I am saddened to hear the news of the horrific accident involving a bus and trolley in Lahdi Ka Bas area near Dausa on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. The government is requested to provide all possible help to the victims. I pray to Shri Balaji Maharaj for the well-being and speedy recovery of the victims.”
